Bethany Germany, M.S.
Instructional Designer
I have 12 + years of experience in online education developing new program curriculums, new courses, and revamping existing curriculums and courses. When developing online curriculums I focus on clarity of content, thoughtful layout, and student success. At each stage of development, I ask myself “If I was a novice in this course would I understand what is expected of me, would I be able to achieve the outcomes based on what we’ve created.” I prefer collaborative work environments where the faculty and I are in partnership together, respecting what one another brings to the development process and working together to create an excellent course that will benefit students learning experiences. When not working I can be found hiking with my partner and dogs, rock climbing, or buried in a book.

Nichole Vasser, M.A.
Instructional Designer
Greeting. My name is Nichole Vasser and I have designed instructional content for over 20 years. I have worked in higher education for the past 10 years to create and revise online, blended, flipped and face-to-face courses to facilitate student learning. I also teach online business, human resources and general education courses. Prior to working in higher education, I worked in the retail and banking industries in project management, training, technical support and business analysis. I earned my Master of Arts in Training and Development from Roosevelt University. I also have graduate certificates in Training, Instructional Design and Performance Consulting.
When not designing courses or teaching, I love spending time with my rather large family. Three of my five sisters and I travel and even dress alike sometimes (corny I know, but fun). I look forward to working with your faculty to bring custom learning solutions to help meet student and institutional goals.

Sarah Kerber,
Certified Course Manager
Prior to becoming a course manager, I worked for 8+ years as a manger in customer service, mainly in the training and development realm. I enjoyed working closely with the HR department to develop talent selection methods that matched us with the perfect candidates for the job. Training new employees and being a part of their growth and success through performance management was my favorite aspect of the job. Now as a course manger, I get to engage with students as they navigate through their online college courses. It is a pleasure to be able to assist students in such an important time in their academic careers.
In my spare time, I love to read and write. I live in the Cincinnati area with my husband and 2 young children, as well as our 2 dogs. We enjoy traveling for backpacking and camping trips any chance we get.
